decades of leadership, he has revolutionized the Nigerian real estate sector through innovation,

Osilama Global Investment Limited, he has positioned the company at the forefront of property
development and investment across Africa.

The Pioneer Managing Director of Nuel Osilama Properties UK, a Pioneer Council Member
(2018–2023) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Project Management Nigeria (CIPMN),
Esv. Osilama has made significant contributions to project management and real estate
governance. He currently serves as National Vice President (North Central) of the Real Estate
Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), having previously held key roles, including FCT
Chairman (2020–2024) and Assistant National Secretary (2011–2015). His leadership has
shaped policies, strengthened industry standards, and fostered strategic partnerships.

Beyond real estate, Osilama is a member of the Chartered Institute of Auctioneers Nigeria,
Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Association of Practicing Professional Project
